The five day Tucker Institute course is a fabulous introduction for dentists not familiar with the Tucker Techniques. Although suitable as an introductory course, current Tucker Academy members have benefited immensely from taking this course. If you are a member of the Academy but have never taken this course, please consider spending five days in Seattle or Vancouver with some of the best mentors available in North America. 48 participation hours in restorative dentistry will be awarded to the participant upon completion of this intense, challenging and highly rewarding five day instructional program. Manual The Tucker course Syllabus, assembled by Dr. Warren Johnson, outlines the basic techniques and provides a comprehensive list of armamentarium. This is available to all new members. Link
Models Dr. Allan Voda has produced a beautiful series of models documenting all the Tucker preparations. Link
DVD's Dr. Tucker and Dr. Dennis Miya have produced a DVD that shows the techniques from the inlay right through all the variations of designs of conservative cast gold restorations. Comprehensive guidance on related lab techniques is also described. Link
C.E. Credits The Academy maintains its accreditation with the Academy of General Dentistry so that the Annual Meeting and the study clubs meetings provide C.E. credits. At every study club meeting the dentist and patient need to sign a consent form which must be archived by the club secretary to be in compliance with the rules of the AGD accreditation
